Maven Moment: Always Thinking and Moving Forward!!

I haven't blogged about what I have been doing really but come Wednesday all that will change. It has been a cool year for me and Jimmie and the rest of the team at Infinite. I'm really looking forward to all the projects that we are working on for 09 and the future. Got to big up Oren at Easel, who is one of the best graphic designers in the game. I know every one says that about their friends but it's the truth. I can't forget L.H.P.R. who holds down my press and the Ryan and Brian at LiveNites. Then there's Mannie at TTS Mag, if you don't know about him yet then you sleeping under a rock. Last but not least I look forward to the competition in 09 with all of you other forward thinkers and Mavens out there. If it wasn't for all of you(there's only 1000 of us) I would be bouncing off the walls some where in France.

Things We Love, Are Always Close To Our Heart!

For the people who love wine here's a treat for you, this is the latest creation of French artist Etienne Meneau, yet another functional and unique piece designed to provide new, unconventional ways to consume the most famed product from the region of France he calls home. Called Petit Couer, meaning Little Heart in french, his latest work of art is an abstract reinterpretation of the human heart, complete with its atrium's, ventricles, and an aorta for a spout.

Only twelve will be made, eight of them bearing a unique number and the artist’s signature, and the other four being artist proofs. Each one of these distinctive pieces costs 1500 euro's, so you better have you money up. (via) Luxury Insider.

Ben Sherman Driving Gloves

Let's just assume you want to take the roadster out for a late afternoon joy ride with your lady friend. When I say roadster that means a luxury sports car, usually a drop top... anyway you have you keys in hand but wait, your missing a very important part of your look. Don't worry Ben Sherman has you covered with his driving gloves... I mean whats the point of having a roadster if you can't drive it in style!

Apple We Have a Problem!

This is a Mp3 player concept, created and envisioned by Portuguese-based designer Nuno Teixeira. This looks so ill, I want one right now just based off of the pics....(via, J.Lorenzo)

VISA Black Card!

VISA is turning on the heat in the ever aggressive credit card scene. Even with the credit crunch now breaking into lives of elite. Their latest offering is the $495 VISA Black Card, sounds like a deal right? It's really not, there is of course extra fees attached but having one. It does make the the larger purchases easier. VISA's version looks to compete against the super cards offered by other various outlets such as the invite only “Centurion Card.” Like the latter, the VISA Black card offers 24hour full service concierge level perks, priority access at airports, hotels and more. Top it off with a special “carbon graphite” black card, and you are already well beyond the normal VISA user. Like the other super cards I'm sure a card holder has to spend at least 250K per year like AMEX (American Express) and don't forget about the membership fee.

NASA TSAR Tritium Diver's Watch

Nasa is issuing a new watch to their drive team, this watch uses the same 316L stainless case, 120 click timing bezel and sapphire crystal as the recent model used by Canada's SARs (Search and Rescue) team. This is the only Genuine Issue Quartz Tritium Wrist Watch with a Date display today.” Take a look at the bulk of this watch. It features a date reading set between the 4th and 5th hour and a nice thick 27.7mm bezel. Its a really good look, if you know how to rock it. It costs $450...

Apple Is Back At It!!

Our good friends at Apple are hard at work on the iphone nano. Now we all know they would come up with something, I just don't know how the consumer will take to it. The price point has to be right and it would have to be several carriers. But that won't happen since AT&T has the exclusive rights in the U.S.. We will see what happens....
