Hennessy Black : Part 2

This is Part 2 of the Hennessy Black Done Different Influencer campaign in Phoenix. Of course I was hosting and the Influencer was Dre, who promotes at this venue(PHX) and a few other spots around the city. As you can see, we really got it in and shut down the whole spot! I wish they had the sparklers that I asked for, it would have been a great visual. I had a great time and I'm sure Dre had a great one to. Everyone should be looking forward for my next Hennessy Black activation (Corp. Marketing vinactular). Its going to be crazy, I think it will be at OT's or Suede not sure yet I need to look at my schedule.

Its summertime again and like clockwork, Apple has revealed their latest iPhone, the iPhone 3GS. The 3GS introduces a number of new features: faster hardware, faster connections with the added support of 7.2Mbps HSDPA, increased battery life, digital compass, video capture, 3 megapixel autofocus camera, voice controls, and integrated support for Nike! I will have one in a few weeks, so I will see for my self what all the HYPE is about!

At £16,000 (approx. $25,500) a day, the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is an ultimate holiday rental, but you also need to submit £100,000 as a deposit. Superior in every sense, the Bugatti Veyron supercar has already earned itself a name in car history as an undisputed classic. My question for all of you is, if you had the cash on hand would you rent this car??

THE Code X: Vicious Machine On The High Sea's!

In the world of luxury motor yachts there has, until recently, been little that one could call truly modern in design. Apart from the bravely angular and architectural Wally boats, the design literate billionaire had little choice to match their Zaha Hadid summer house, Alfred Haeberli lounge chair or Bang & Olufsen home cinema equipment.

Step forward Swiss company Code X. Their 47′ 7” catamaran has a daringly minimalist and mean origami-meets-Tie-fighter look to it and matches avant garde styling with equally cutting edge technology.

Depending on one’s mood the Code X can either be thrust along at a brisk 80 knots by twin Ilmor formula one engines, delivering a hefty 710hp a piece, or at a more leisurely 9 knots by the twin electric motors. These can provide up to two hours of service when running off the lithium batteries and when they run dry there is also the option of continuing for an unlimited period using power generated by the catamaran’s on-board solar panels.

As if the choice of power sources wasn’t enough the Bond-villain factor is upped even more by details such as touch screen control and a GPS-controlled ‘virtual anchor’ system that utilises the electric motors to maintain a stationary position regardless of wind or currents.

Lego Architecture Collection

Lego's Architecture Series by Adam Reed Tucker includes the Empire State Building and the Seattle Space Needle and now has a couple of offerings by Frank Lloyd Wright. The NY Guggenheim Museum model is shown above. I'd love to see Lego interpret the works of Frank Gehry, now that would be a challenge! This would be a great gift for any aspiring kid architects in any of your lives, this is a great chance to can learn from the greats with the Lego architecture series!! I might have to grab this for myself (I'm a kid at heart) plus I love architecture!! The sets retail for only $45 so its an easy purchase....

The Nike Air Foamposite Pearl is coming out again in a few weeks and I can't wait to grab another pair. These have to be one of my favorite Nike shoe designs ever, and I am happy to see that they have listened to the consumer and re released these. Be on the look out!!!!

But one view on the shoes of Cherise Angelle and Nicole LaFave is enough to see, that the design-team knows best about remixing Zeitgeist-designs with the likeability factor “innocence” while managing to add the extra portion sex appeal. This are tools for grown women!!

Veritas RS III is most certainly a dream car, let's make no mistake about that. This is a beauty of a car that is the revival of the 40's-era BMW racing team. Who doesn't love an open cockpit super car? OK, OK, so I'm back on my Street Wear ish. High Fashion is always my love but I can't maintain my Maven influence with out giving everyone a broad look at the fashion landscape! And thus I bring to you Triumvir, with their small continuation capsule Spring 2009 collection. Legio XIII is one of the more historically remarkable Roman legions. Graphically the t-shirts and fitted caps of the collection were inspired by the period. Make sure you check this Brand out!!

Got To Have Them!!

These are another vicious pair of sneakers coming from the current Lanvin Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The sneaker features a purple nylon upper mixed with brown patent leather toe box and piping. The white rubber sole keeps the sneaker clean. I can't believe that I don't already have these. I have some great pairs of Lanvin shoes and 2 more pairs from this collection. I'm getting these very soon!!
