Maven Moment!!

Looks like people in high places want to legalize weed and I'm not mad at them for that. Since I already have my medical card in Cali, Its all good but for the rest of you check this out:

James P. Gray, former Orange County judge of 25 years, urges a congressional movement to legalize, regulate and tax the sale of marijuana. According to the L.A. Times, Gray believes that pot consumers over the age of 21 should be able to legally purchase the drug at state regulated government stores. His argument is marijuana “causes nowhere near the amount of death and disease as alcohol. The state would need to see how that works,” he said “before moving on to legalizing the sale of harder drugs.” Grays admits that legalization could lead to a massive escalation of usage but believes it will eventually decrease once the excitement diminishes.

Sounds like a plan to me, we are wasting all this tax money on things that need to be embraced!

It is not a joke, there actually is something called such and it is a combination of the world’s biggest helicopter and the world’s first flying hotel. The company that is involved (no names) began work in 2004 by modifying a Soviet-made Mil V-12. It will feature all the regular five star facilities and features including private entertainment systems, room service, spa treatments, yoga classes, gaming and a tea garden. No prices out yet but the inaugural flight is planned for June 26th.

Tesla Motor's Model S electric sedan hits the roads for $50,000

Tesla Motors has finally unveiled Model S in Hawthorne, California. The Model S has been kept under wraps and there's been absolutely no information leaked about it before today. It was easy for them to hold all information on the car as it was being designed at a high-security rocket facility. Firstly, the car looks great , the interior and exterior are both hot. For those who don't know, the Tesla S is a first mass-produced highway-capable electric car. There will be 20,000 units produced annually by the end of the first year and the Model S will start its price tag at about $49,000. For this amount, you will get the 160-mile range pack, but a 230-mile range pack and a 300-mile range pack is also on the cards. The car can fit seven people and there's ample room for luggage. There are some nice dashboard screens here and the main one is fully Internet and 3G capable. The car can be recharged in 4 hours with a 220V outlet. Also, the standard S will get to 60 in 5.5 to 6.0 seconds.
